Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped (usually within 2 business days), you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping details and a tracking number to follow your order.

Shipping costs (automatically calculated at checkout) vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Times
Italy: estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
Europe: estimated delivery in 3–5 business days
Rest of the world: delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures
Damaged Parcels

If your package is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the delivery or sign for it with a note stating that you are accepting a damaged parcel with reservation.

Without a signed note indicating reservation, we will not be able to file a claim with the courier.

Delivery

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made the following day. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel may be held by the courier for a limited period and then returned to our warehouse.

It is not possible to schedule a specific delivery time or make an appointment with the courier. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
The courier does not deliver on public holidays.

Restrictions

Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or poste restante addresses.

Missing Items

If your order has been delivered and you notice that some items are missing, please contact us at info@ginamonroe.it

To start an investigation with the courier, you will need to provide the following information:

- general photos of the parcel (preferably from multiple angles)
- photos of the contents
- details about the delivery method
- details about the condition of the parcel upon delivery

Please also keep everything you received, including the cardboard box, until the investigation with the courier is completed.
